The content of the CENOR website has been compiled with great care. The responsibility for this content rests with Section A 3 III c of the Air Operations Command (ZentrLuftOp). Section A 3 III c is subject to the quality management system of German military air traffic services. In 2010, it was audited and certified for the first time and it will continue to be re-audited at regular intervals, both internally and externally. Its personnel are licensed according to the provisions of the Military Air Traffic Services Special Directive 5-100 and follow a programme designed to preserve technical competence in this field. Further relevant provisions have also been issued and applied, among them those governing quality assurance and those based on EU Regulation 73/2010 laying down requirements on the quality of aeronautical data and aeronautical information for the single European sky.
